Hello,
if the first article in a ticket is long (lot of text with lots of pictures) i cant print it. If i use the otrs print function i get a pdf without pictures. If i use the browser print function it does not print the whole article because its too long. Tried with IE 11, FF 35 and Chrome 40
Is there a workaround for this?

Hi,
the pdf export does not print pictures. You may improve the function by yourself and provide
a open source code.
Or you turn off pdf export, but use browser printing.![Smile :)](./images/smilies/icon_smile.gif)

My workaround: i forward the article to my mailbox and print it with the mailbox print function ![Cool 8)](./images/smilies/icon_cool.gif)
