I just recently used the web service module to successfully create tickets from a .NET application. This works fine and is one of the most important features of OTRS when it comes to Integration terms.
However, I wonder if I could find something similar to alter a ConfigItem e.g Change the CI's Incident State, or even Link the CI to a given ticket number?
