Hi..
new ticket notification problem

the mail id in "To" is getting new ticket notification, but the mail ids which are in the queue is not getting new ticket notification.
but in log it shows Sent agent 'NewTicket' notification to 'xxx@yyy.com'.
but not getting any mail.
can anyone help....
