difference between emial notification-ext and int

Hi,

Can anyone explain me the different notification article types..
what is notification-ext and
what is notification-int.

The difference is that the external notification is seen by the customer (customer portal) and the internal is only seen by your agents
OTRS 5.0.8 with Oracle Linux Server release 7.1 with MariaDB database
