Additional customer information

Hello,

What is the procedure to:
1. add extra fields to the Customer information (example. card number and expiry date)
--> i have added the columns to the database and the lines to the config.pm to the customerUser map section (copied from the defaults.pm)

is there anything else to do?

2. make theese fields appear in the Customer widget upon ticket creation


3. make theese fields appear in the customerUser section in the ticket

1. Doesn't appear to be. Maybe delete cache.
2. Don't understand. These aren't ticket fields.
3. They will/should appear if they have data.

Dear Crythias,

I have the same issue with customer information panel in OTRS 3.1.21, the database has all the values in it, I restored otrs 2.4.7 to a new machine and upgraded to 3.1.21 but customer information which were showing in 2.4.7 got lost in 3.1.21. See the attached config file and mapping. Even in ticket view zoon also customer information not showing on right hand side panel.

Please help me out with this.
