A seen this question asked many times but final solution is hard to find.
Is there any official documentation about available variables???

any other documents? This blog seems to be good starting point but I am not convinced that this is full list?
Other question:
Is there any variable holding "email address / name" of person who send last follow-up article?
I have notification send to owner / responsible.
I would like to have it configured like:
xxxx wrote follow up message:
[below message - email - body].
<OTRS_CUSTOMER_BODY[30]> works well [for last email message body].
But how to get sender parameters of last follow-up email? [name or email person who send last email]

I don't think there's a possibility to get the last article's sender. Note that AutoReply already does react to the sender.

The generic agent uses since otrs 6 the variables.
