Hi Guys!
First time here and I have a problem and I don´t know how make work! So please, help me!
Is a thing, I have my CHANGE (ITSM OTRS) with work orders, but everytime I put the work orders, the ITSM OTRS give me a ActualStartTime end ActualEndTime this way: 09/13/2043 00:00:00. How this is possible? Because my change have the plannerstarttime for 06/13/2016 and end for 2016/nov
You can see the way they looks like at the picture that I put here.
Let me know if have some config itens that a forgot or is a bug? (my version of ITSM OTRS 4.0. or what I'm doing wrong.
