Create new ticket by email

Hello everyone!

I need that when you send an e-mail to be suporte@mycompany.com open a call in OTRS in a row specifies.

Does anyone know how to do this and can share?

thats a very basic requirement, did you read the admin manual? (http://doc.otrs.org)

Yes! I read, but can not identify how to when sending an email to infra@mycompany.com open a ticket in the queue "Infra" and when to send systems@mycompany.com open a ticket on philia "Systems".

When you create system address, you can define the target queue.

also you have to fetch mails from a mailbox or forward the mails to a local MTA on the OTRS server

I could not, see the image, set up a second email account, but when I send an email to the same, the call is not automatically opened. My need is that when the client user to send an email to infra@; systems@; electric@, a new ticket is created in the queue I specify as: infrastructure, systems and electric.

check if the needed cronjobs (OTRS < 5) or the Daemon (OTRS >= 5) are running

I'm even getting called, but I have to click on "Get emails" as in the image below, I would like it to be automatic, to send the email now enter as called.

your Linux Admin will support you on checking if cronjobs for the user otrs are running (or the daemon on OTRS5)
