Hi!
Can someone please help me how to configure Znuny4OTRS - Type and priority based escalation in sysconfig?
I can't find the right subgroup for it. Please help me how to figure out this one.
I'm currently using it for OTRS 5 and installed it.
Is it really working on otrs 5?
