Use of uninitialized value $ArticleID in concatenation (.) or string at /opt/otrs/Kernel/System/Ticket/Article.pm lin

There are 2 issues
1) Fetching from Admin interface manually results duplicate mails
2) Message: Impossible to send message to: .

I investigated and found that if loop protection is enabled then why it is still trying to send mails

Lastest version of 3.3. is 3.3.16
Supported versions are: 4.0.20 an 5.0.15

as I said: Supported versions are: 4.0.20 an 5.0.15

Older versions are not supported and maintained.

So you should uprade and check again
