[SOLVED] Queue overview not working in dashboard

Good day!
The queue overview is not working in the dashboard with the permissions of many group.
Is it really not working if the system has different group with different queues?

Screenshot below is the queues with different groups

Because based on my understanding, if the user is in the same group stated at the sysconfig of queue overview.
The queue overview must be working well with the user that is in the same group, but the thing is it not working even if the user is with the other groups. Why does the queue overview not working with it? is not possible to have different groups with different queues?

The image below shows that I have stated all the groups of the queues.

Thanks for the respond, actually I have rw rights for each group and still, it is not working.

can you delete all entries in QueuePermissionGroup? Just for testing.
