I would like to know how will I remove the rights in showing or displaying the create ticket new?
Because I just configured the rights of a certain user with read-only on a group, but it has the rights to access the AgentTicketPhone?
but the thing is that it doesn't have a queue list, and I think that is one of the reason why the user will not be able to create ticket.
But I want to fully hide the creation of the ticket whenever I set the user to read-only access.
Please help what to configure about this. Thank you so much!
