Hi,
we are using OTRS 5.0.13 and - just freshly installed - ITSM in the corresponding version.
The goal was to use the criticality/impact/priority matrix.
The values within the matrix are looking good, also the dynamic fields are visible to the customers/agents.
But the "priority" is not being updated automatically. This little ajax reloading spinning circle is being shown for SLA/Services after changing data on the ViewNew page, but the priority doesn't have this circle and is also not being updated.
(also when I not show it, the matrix won't be used).
Does anyone have any clue what I might have missed?
