Hi,

I need to change the OTRS attachments store path. I have additional datastore of 800GB and mounted in the server.

Need help.

Check the Sytem Configuration for Ticket::Article::Backend::MIMEBase::ArticleDataDir

And don't forget to migrated the "existing" attachments via the Console script afterwards.

Hi All,

I already changed the articleDataDir to new location in config, which cloned from /opt/otrs/var/article, but I cannot open any existing ticket.
The log said that check permission of new location -> new location already assigned to user "otrs" and group "apache".

Please advise.

Try "su" to otrs and access them.

please ask your Linux admin for support, deep knowledge on operating *NIX servers is required to run OTRS
