After a recent migration from OTRS 4 to OTRS 6, email fetching doesn't work. When trying to manually fetch emails from any of the available accounts from the GUI, I get the following error message:
I also try running ./otrs.Console.pl Maint::PostMaster::Read as the otrs user but this hangs indefinitely and results in nothing. I've also tried stopping the daemon, crond, killing the services running under otrs but all to no avail.Email account fetch already fetched by another process. Please try again later!
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
