Thanks for your reply.
I have trouble setting them up. I'm trying to set up a notification based on a status change. But as it may seem, it is not possible to send a notification to an agent, only to the customer.

I disagree. I woupld bet that you're the agent and expect the notification? If yes, what's the current settig of the SysConfig AgentSelfNotifyOnAction?
