Email Subjet = ticket create on dedicate group

Hi all,

I am new user on OTRS@@

if it's possible to create tickets from sending mails with the creation of the ticket directly in the right group .

for example :
Subject of the mail: #Exploitation
The process creates the ticket directly in the Exploitation group.

Yes, that's absolutely no problem with a PostMaster filter (docs).
