I am running Ubuntu 18.04 OTRS 6.016 and Mariadb
Example: two tickets merged together that should not be merged
Split the one ticket into a child ticket, creates a new ticket with the one article
Use the Link Functionality to remove the link between the two tickets. Now have two separate tickets
This creates two separate tickets in the system no longer linked but the ticket that was split off is still listed as being part of the original ticket. How can you remove that article from the original ticket what should not be on that ticket. The split seems to create a copy of the ticket and not move the ticket from the parent to the child. How can ticket/article that was split into it's own ticket on the parent ticket be removed from that parent ticket?
How can you remove an article from a ticket

Re: How can you remove an article from a ticket
There is a free add-on available on OPAR (ArticleCopyMoveDelete) that can move and delete articles (except the first one). You should keep in mind that using the add-on might not be audit-proof.
