Hi,
I'm searching for an option that allows me to exclude a certain state classification.
Atm we have a situation where we close a ticket but still allow the customer to respond if he doesn't respond the ticket will auto close and no more updates are possible (unless a new ticket). But we notice that this is clogging up agent's view under 'pending tickets'
Also when we look via Tickets -> Status view.
So my question is; is it possible to exclude a certain state. Thus showing all statex except 'resolved'

1. For Ticket > Status View, this is possible by code level..you have to modify the Search parameter define at AgentTicketStatusView
