Issue with new OTRS 6 installation

Hi,

I am trying to install OTRS 6 on test server using https://www.howtoforge.com/tutorial/how ... ntu-16-04/ this guide. When I get to the end of step 2 to check the loaded modules with apachectl -M | sort none show up under loaded. I did try the same command prefixed with sudo but it has not made a difference. I am trying to install it on Ubuntu Server 18.04 LTS.

Has anyone else had this?

Restart webserver first then check again
