Customer ticket

In the customer area, there is only the "new ticket" option. I can create another option, for example, new ticket X, with different fields to be filled in from the original "new ticket"?

Another question, there is some way that a customer interacts with an ticket, like aproving or refusing other customer ticket, or just agents can do that?

I'm using OTRS 6.0.1 Comunnity Edition
