Hide "Resolved" state from Queue
Recently i've create a "resolved" state which closes after 3 days if there is no reopening by the customer.
However, and as with the status "closed", I would like that as soon as the ticket is put in "resolved" it would disappear from the queue. This is possible?

Re: Hide "Resolved" state from Queue
Hi,
The only way to achieve this is to remove this state type from the System Configuration Ticket::ViewableStateType. I would do this if there are no other states with this state type which should be visible in overviews.

Hi,
Yes, that's what I refer to. What is the action where you see the tickets with this state (check your URL)?

Re: Hide "Resolved" state from Queue
In fact, resolved tickets already been hide from queue, however, this is a partial fix that what i want.
Now, the real challenge is reduce number of tickets of queue (172 to 121). What can i do to achieve that?
