Just managed to set LDAP as a backend for customers and there is a problem. A person in LDAP can have more than one mail address and when a message from any of person's addresses is being fetched to OTRS it is linked to right person like a charm. But when it's time to reply or send a notification, OTRS picks up first email from LDAP. I think that it should pick mail from last article. Changing parameters like Ticket::Frontend::ComposeReplaceSenderAddress and Ticket::Frontend::ComposeAddCustomerAddress doesn't affect the issue. I'm looking for help to resolve it.
Send replies and notifications to address from incoming message not from customer's profile
