Hi there,
Can i ask you if anyway to create a graphic chart on dashboard with "open's" and "resolved's"?
Or just change 7 day states default chart to replace "closed" to "resolved"?

Hello William,
Yes, that can be done with the Agent Statistics module.
Create a statistic and set Show as dashboard widget (under General Specification) to Yes.
You should now see the newly created statistic widget under Dashboard->Settings.

Hmm, I see the problem. Open is just the state and doesn't mean it got created on that date.
I don't think that you can put the "Resolved" state and the number of created tickets on the same axis.
It's the same problem with the 7 days statistic. You can't change "Closed" to "Resolved" without making changes to the code.
