Tables in signatures

Post by MomentoJams »

Hi,

Our existing email signatures use tables (from OTRS 3.0.29), but I'm finding when I look at them in 6.0.30 (after upgrading) the tables have been stripped out. I tried pasting them in to the editor using the "source" setting, and that strips them out too. I did a bit of searching and found the

Code: Select all

Frontend::RichText::EnhancedMode
setting and set it to "on", but this doesn't seem to let them come through either. Is there another setting that I can tweak to fix it?

Thanks,
James.

Hi James,

I checked it and it works:

The only difference is that I use Znuny LTS with the updated CKEditor. This could be the reason.

Thanks Roy, I'll give it a go. Is that the correct config setting to change to enable them?

Yes, Frontend::RichText::EnhancedMode is required.

Ah, I discovered what I'd done: I had thought I had deployed the config change, but I'd clicked away before doing the final deployment. It now works, thanks for your help.
