Hi,
Permissions are based on the queue's group.

Hi,
Please describe what the goal is. What I understand so far is, that you like to disable the possibility to change the responsible on certain tickets. is this correct? If yes, what criteria must such a ticket fulfill?

Re: ACL
Hi,
No we don't want to disable responsible.
We are using OTRS as our help desk, some tickets could be a incident that are sensitive and should only be viewed by the owner of the ticket and the responsible.
I have already created a queue and a group for this, but the problem is that the owner/agent of the ticket could be anyone in the company.

Hi Aeg,
Maybe one of the permission modules works for you. You should play around with them on a test system. Search for Ticket::Permission
There are an OwnerCheck and ResposibleCheck module.
