Hi,
- Roy
My guess it's a postmaster filter with a wrong setting for a service.bddagostino wrote: ↑20 Apr 2021, 12:59 i'm getting various error messages :

You might try communication log.

I also agree with roy..check postmaster filter regarding the service..
Perhaps misspelling or white space issues (at end of wording)

Re: MailAccountFetch-34 No such ServiceID ()!
Checked, no mispelling, no spaces, checked also for case sensitive (Information, information).
But in my filters i only set the following headers:
Code: Select all
X-OTRS-CustomerNO
X-OTRS-CustomerUser
X-OTRS-Queue
X-OTRS-State
X-OTRS-Type
Thanks.

Hi,
There should be more details in the related entry from the communication log.

Hey,
No, you don't need to set it. Check the error log of your web server for a better error traceback.
You can also take a look at the communication protocol entry of the mail that is triggering the message (if it's getting triggered by a mail and not by FetchMail in general).
Best regards
Emin

Hi bddagostino ,
Upgrading is always a good idea if there are security issues with your current version.
But I doubt this will fix this issue. Did you check the Communication Log for this e-mail if there are services used?

Re: MailAccountFetch-34 No such ServiceID ()!
hello, as the printscreen attached i have no error in communication log in the last 24 hours.
But the error seems clear
Code: Select all
[Thu Apr 22 12:02:07 2021] otrs.Console.pl: Use of uninitialized value $ServiceData{"ServiceID"} in string ne at /opt/otrs/Kernel/System/PostMaster/NewTicket.pm line 289.
Is there something i can check to understand why this is happening?
Thanks.

Re: MailAccountFetch-34 No such ServiceID ()!
Hi,
- Roy
I asked for checking the related log entry, not if there is an error shown. The entry contains details on all executed filters. A wrong service setting is not a communiction error.bddagostino wrote: ↑22 Apr 2021, 12:31 hello, as the printscreen attached i have no error in communication log in the last 24 hours.
You really want me to repeat it?bddagostino wrote: ↑22 Apr 2021, 12:31 Is there something i can check to understand why this is happening?

Checked the communication log, was setting a value for a wrong header.
Thank you.
