importing tickets to CSV File

Post by manoj99 »

Hi,

I'm trying to import OTRS V5 tickets to CSV File. Is there any command that can run through OTRS Admin Console or is that done through SQL query.

Please let me know your inputs.

Thanks,
M.

Do we have that in OTRS V5. I don't see any module in OTRS Admin page or am I missing something?

Can you please send any references pertaining to it for OTRS V5.

Statistic / Reporting module..
There is option where you can export out as CSV file..
Take note this is only export out the ticket data only..not including article content etc..

If you require also a ticket content (e.g: 1st article content), its either require further development or can be achieve via SQL statement
