Can't send message using Postfix and OTRS 6.0.32

Hi !

I'm a newbie in the OTRS installation, I juste used it before for the work and I want to use it in my organization now.
I installed it successfully and postfix too.

I'm on Ubuntu 20.04, on a dedicated server.

But when I want to send an email (creating email ticket) I get this message :

Is someone knows what the problem is?

Maybe a bad config of Postfix, but I can send email with the command-line, so I don't think that the problem comes from there.

Hi,

if postfix is configured properly and correct there is not additional config needed in OTRS. It works out of the box.
So you actually have to check your postfix config.
Check your mail log!

(I tried to make otrs as sudo on my localhost, but didn't work)

I tried to make the value as default, and it works! I don't why I changed it, but anyway !
