Hello everyone,
I'm having an issue where, I need to change the way that this event is called.
Whenever I press it, it searches for the Tickets associated to the customerID and I want it to search for Customer User ID instead.
Is there a way to do it? I've been searching some information and already got to the part where the Customer Information table is constructed, but I can't go past there.
Sorry but I had to blur out some information before posting.
I'm currently using CentOS7 and OTRS 6.0.
