Hey everyone,
I'd like to know if it is possible to send a notification whenever a ticket is created by a determined customer User.
I know that this can be done, but my question is if I can add multiple customer Users in the same ticket notification.
Do something like this
Or if I have to create one notification per customer User.
I'm using OTRS6 and RHEL as my OS
