Hello,
Recently I have problems with ticket registration in system.
The problem is, that about 2-3 mails a day are registered in system without Sender name and ticket Title.
The only errors I found in logs are:
There was an error executing Execute() in Kernel::System::Console::Command::Maint::Stats::Dashboard::Generate: Use of uninitialized value in hash element at /opt/otrs/Kernel/System/Stats.pm line 3202.
The line is: $ValueSeries{ $ArraySelected[0]{Values}{$Key} } = { $ArraySelected[0]{Element} => $Value0 };
Also in those tickets images are not loaded. And I found that those mails were send a day before, they were recived in mailbox also day before. So OTRS had some trouble with registering them.
I will be much thankful for any help.

Please check the mail source code (Activate "PlainView" feature in SysConfig). Is there something special with this mail (unknown/weird characters, ...)?
