In Ticket Zoom, we have the VIA field (shown as a column) that tells us the origin of the entry:
The thing is: even though I've already upgraded to Znuny, it still shows OTRS. Just a nuisance to me, as I want my agents to forget the old name. It's not really important, but it would be nice.
So, my questions are:
- Is is configurable?
- If so, where:
- Hard coded?
- Sysconfig? (where?)
- Config files? Which one?
