Hello,
Firstly I apologize if this has been asked before. At my company we've run with OTRS 5s free for several years now and are looking to upgrade to a newer version. I looked at the documentation and see that any OTRS 5 patch level can be upgraded to 6, but does this include 5s? My understanding is that 5s was the free tier of OTRS' business version. I was not aware that OTRS had officially discontinued support for their free edition until recently, so I am just looking to confirm if I can make that jump from OTRS 5s to Znuny's 6.x fork.
Thank you!
Trying to figure out my upgrade options

Re: Trying to figure out my upgrade options
Mike,
A 5s is a 5.0.x and you can upgrade straight from this version to Znuny LTS (6.0.x). But check first if all add-ons you really use are available for 6.0.x

Thanks Roy! That's exactly what I was hoping to hear. Our instance is vanilla with no add-ons so I don't anticipate major issues (hopefully )
