[solved] ITSM problem after update

Post by Reedu »

Hi everyone
Not long ago i've updated my production from znuny 6.0.x, first to znuny 6.1.2, then to znuny 6.2.2.
It was different than update on my test server (on my test i've updated znuny as fast as packages where published).

When update was completed i've upgraded itsm packages to latest version.
I didn't update them when update to 6.1.2 was done.

Now i'm getting some errors with DeamonsTasks :D

Message: Can't locate Kernel/System/DynamicField/ObjectType/ITSMChange.pm in @INC
(you may need to install the Kernel::System::DynamicField::ObjectType::ITSMChange module)
(@INC contains: /opt/znuny-6.1.2/Custom /opt/znuny-6.1.2/Kernel/ ... )

Of course i've already used otrs.Console.pl command - deleted caches, rebuild configuration).

And now i'm thinking that there's some kind of link in latest ITSM bundle (6.2) to older version - @INC contains not actual znuny version.
Any advice guys? :)

(yes... i know in docs there's a smooth statement: Update installed packages 8) but i just forget about it ^^ )

Hi,

Looks like you did not stop the daemon / cronjon for the app user during the update and he's using the now outdated symlink?
