[Solved] Hide Process Ticket Option for specific Customer User

Post by chrotha »

Hey everyone,

I'm having an issue with an ACL, where I'm trying to hide the option to create a new Process Ticket, depending on the CustomerID associated to the Customer User.

I tried using an ACL to achieve such a goal, but so far I wasn't sucessful.

I'm using OTRS 6.0

Can you give me a hand?

Thanks in advance :)

Hey Skullz, thanks for the reply.

I've tried hiding using the method described, but once I hide all the processes, I get a 500 error message on the customer user page and the following error message when I check the logs

Code: Select all

Can't use an undefined value as a HASH reference at /opt/otrs/Kernel/Output/HTML/NavBar/CustomerTicketProcess.pm line 132.
Am I missing something? :(

Hi

I've solved this issue. I added the customer User <-> group, group to the process I wanted to show
