Is it possible a number max of connection there is a IC?
For example, there are one IC Software and this licence there are number max two, consequently only two computers can be connected in this software.

Are there possible??

sadly your message is very unspecific and thus unclear.
By trying to read the crystal bowl:

you want to connect to znuny via REST/WebService API? right?
Or do you connect to DB directly => not recommended
