Your post misses some details:

* What do you mean with integration? What do you want to achieve?
* What is OTRS Auto?

So, do you have the ITSMConfigurationManagement (CMDB) addon installed and you want to import asset information from OCS Inventory into OTRS CMDB?

If you upload something manually, does this mean you already have an export file from OCS? Can OCS store that file on the OTRS server (maybe every night)? Can you run a script on the commandline (on the OTRS server) to import that file? If you can answer those questions with 'yes' you could create a cronjob to import the file.
