Is it possible to modify and change values of
Daemon::SchedulerCronTaskManager::Task###ArticleSearchIndexRebuild
e.g. would like to change children in cron from 4 to 2 during the day
and from 2 to 6 during night + weekend
But have no clue if possible via command line and and to also commit/deploy it?
Any hints?

No. Not using the defaults.
You could create a cron job for this and try to push config files around. It is just some XML. After that update the Config (Rebuild) and restart the daemon.
But I really don't see a sane reason for doing so.
