Addition of country categories on OTRS Platform

How to create a dynamic field for country categories and make it show on the customer ticket screen

And How to add Set up a Customer CC Field and make it show on on the customer ticket screen

Hi,

start off by installing https://www.znuny.com/en/add-ons/znuny4otrs-repository for ((OTRS)) Community Edition, or updating to the Latest Znuny Feature Branch.

Install Znuny4OTRS-AdvancedDynamicFields.

Then you can add the required dynamic fields like normal.

Use the Dynamic Field Screens admin tile to configure the field to be shown in CustomerTicketMessage.

Without the add-on, you can manually add the fields via the system configuration item

Ticket::Frontend::CustomerTicketMessage###DynamicField

Still not working. i was able to follow the steps but not showing up on the customer's ticket
