Template usage / Feature request?

Hi there,

from the users perspective the Template definition for

* Answer
* Create
* E-Mail
* Forward
* Note
* Phone call

are good.
But it is really annoying to need to define the same template multiple times if you use them for Create, Answer, E-Mail and Phone call.
Right now - as of my understanding - i have to create 4 times the nearly the same template to achieve the requirement.

Is there any other way to have this more configurable?
E.g. instead of predefining the template to be set to a above named type, to have a template editable and the users select in the template to which sections to activate it.

If there is no way, is there any feature list in the meanwhile, there the users could place their feature wishes?
Is there any plan to integrate this maybe to a znuny version?

okay to avoid senseless work on both sides. This feature is not done, or not planned, so makes sense to request it?
