Possible to display dynamic fields on notes on a specific queue?

Post by disciple »

is it possible to define dynamic fields to be shown and editable on a specific queue only. And on other queues to not to show at all?

I thought ACLs could the trick, but failing to understand the ACLs for this specific case.

Am I on the right way?
How to configure the ACLs for this case?

Hi,

ACLs do not show or hide dynamic fields.

Znuny and Znuny LTS running on CentOS / RHEL / Debian / SLES / MySQL / PostgreSQL / Oracle / OpenLDAP / Active Directory / SSO

Use a test system - always.

Thank you for this details.

But for me it is unclear if I can solve somehow my requirement with Znuny?
So is it possible to modify dynamic fields on a Note but only on specific queues?

If not, is there a recommended way to solve this requirement, to be able to do a editing of dynamic fields and only to allow them for specific queues to be shown or editable?

Hi,

There are several add-ons available, free and commercial. Free ones via https://opar.perl-services.de and most service providers offer sth.
