Hi,
can I define a default status after replying or sending a new e-mail ticket?
e.g. I would like to have "pending reminder"
and ideally with a default pending of e.g. 48h
is this somehow possible?

I do not fully understand what you mean by "after replying or sending a new e-mail ticket".
