Disable mandatory informations during bulk merge/close

Hi, first post up here!

We just update from OTRS 5 to Znuny 6.4.4 (different steps inbetween).
We noticed that when we try to bulk close / merge some tickets (ticking the box then bulk action then select state "closed") we get asked for an object, description and time for the note.
It was not mandatory in OTRS5, do you know how I can get this behaviour on Znuny 6.4.4 ??

Hi,

two questions:
- is the article field "expanded"?
- is time accounting enabled?

Maybe you can post a screenshot to help us find the root.

Hi Johannes, thanks for your reply!

After selecting the tickets I want to merge / close, I click on "Bulk action" (screenshot1.png, we use Znuny in Italian)

After clicking Bulk action, this windows opens and I select Merge with ticket# and insert the ticket number (screenshot2.png)
Otherwise, I select automatically closed in the next state field (when I want to close).

In otrs5 everything worked fine, now the dropdown "Add note" expands and asks for Object and a description (screenshot3.png).

I don't understand what you mean by "article field expanded" and I think time accounting is enabled, can you tell me how to be sure about this and help you trying to solve our issue?

hi,

this is a known issue if the time accounting is active.
It will be fixed in the upcoming release.
