Postmaster Email accounts missing / broken since upgrade from OTRS to Znuny

Post by NBWBOS »

Hello Community,

I have upgraded from OTRS 6.0 to Znuny 6.4

Fetching Emails does not work anymore. There were two accounts set up in OTRS. admin -> email-accounts is showing two entries without values (no hostname / username) of type "(not installed)". The correct Type of both accounts is "IMAP".

When I try to add another account or try to edit and save the existing ones, I get this error:

Code: Select all

Table 'otrs.oauth2_token_config' doesn't exist, SQL: ' SELECT change_by, change_time, config, create_by, create_time, id, name, valid_id FROM oauth2_token_config WHERE valid_id = ? ORDER BY name ASC, id ASC LIMIT 1000000'
It looks like znuny thinks, those accounts were of type OAuth but misses the appropriate plugin.

Is there any known way to mitigate this issue?

Many thanks in advance!

Just to make sure the upgrade path will be

Code: Select all

6.0.x > 6.1.x > 6.2.x > 6.3.x > 6.4.x

Thank you for your help. I reverted to an earlier snaphost and did the updates one-by-one. Now everything is working fine.
