Ticket Checklist Installation Guide

Post by engahmed1190 »

Hello Everyone.

I am new to Znuny/OTRS and interested in having a Ticket CheckList on Znuny 6.4. Found Public implementation for the Functionality I am Looking for but found it missing the sopm file.

In the original repository contains the sopm file , Here is the https://github.com/reneeb/opm-TicketChecklist

While the modified Version https://github.com/mo-azfar/OTRS-ACL-Fo ... list-Addon is missing this file.

I want to know more about the requirement to build and use the opensource addons, Can I generate the missing file to install as In here https://opar.perl-services.de/dist/TicketChecklist

Thanks and Looking forward to hearing your thoughts , Any help is appreciated

Hi,

I'm not really sure what you need exactly:
1) Build your own version of this addon?
2) Install it on your instance?

For the first:
All those files have to be present in the Framework folder you are using.
After all those files are there, you can run:
otrs.Console.pl Dev::Package::Build and pass the infos.
You get an opm in return.

For the second:
you can use this link. All versions are there, ready 2 use:
https://opar.perl-services.de/dist/TicketChecklist

Hi Johannes.

Thanks for your reply. I want to Build my own version of this addon.

What I have found and correct me if I am wrong is that we need the Package Spec File. Here it's not found https://github.com/mo-azfar/OTRS-ACL-Fo ... list-Addon

Please elaborate more on this point.
All those files have to be present in the Framework folder you are using.
I will try to create the Package Spec File (.sopm) to generate to build the (.opm) package. I am using this tutorial for now https://doc.znuny.org/doc/manual/develo ... lding.html.

If you have any further recommendations please let me know

Regards.
