Hello
We are upgrading OTRS version 5.0.42 to version 6.0.46, but is error "500 Internal Server Error"
After log message in logs:
"Can't use an undefined value as a HASH reference at /opt/otrs//Kernel/System/CommunicationChannel.pm line 421"
Can anyone help us?

Hi,
Clear the cache and rebuild a clean system configuration:
bin/otrs.Console.pl Maint::Cache:Delete
bin/otrs.Console.pl Maint::Config::Rebuild --cleanup
Restart the webserver and please provide more than one line out of the log. The complete stacktrace would be interesting and the OTRS log too.
