Office365 MFA with OTRS 6

Hello everyone,

We want to use an MFA solution using office365. We checked that OTRS only uses GoogleAuthenticator for the MFA option.
Our goal is that agents and customers must use the office365 authenticator to log in to the platform.
Is there any way to configure such an option?

We want to implement this solution on version 6.0.x

Right now google authenticator and matching algorithms are supported. I don’t know which algorithm MS uses but you may find this somewhere. If they are compatible you could use the same mechanism.

Just a question, wouldn’t it be better to use SSO from Office 365 using SAML or similar mechanisms?
