Install Problems
this is my third attempt at installing this on a fresh CentOS7 install following the official install instructions. I'm getting this error every time and I'm at a loss as to how to fix it...

Hi,
do you have checked the output of the script located in /bin/otrs.CheckModules.pl ?
Have you installed all required perl dependencies in the correct version?

Yes, all modules are installed. I have a running instance for our IT Department but Facilities wanted a system so I've spun up another server and am trying to install a fresh instance.

Hi,
at first I would suggest to not start the daemon by hand and especially not as root.
1) What is the home folder of your znuny user?
2) Is the home set correct in the config?
3) What is the output of otrs.CheckModules.pl --all
4) What is the status of SELinux?

1) Not sure what you mean by this. OTRS user exists but no home folder exists.
2) Home is set to /opt/otrs
3) See attached.
4) selinux is disabled.
