Error while upgrading from 6.4.5 to 6.5.1

Hello.

I have tried twice to upgrade from 6.4.5 to 6.5.1. The check script does not report any required missing modules, but the migration script returns the following two errors, which are repeated several times:

Message: EffectiveValue is invalid! Entity value is invalid(open)!

Message: Setting CustomerPanelPreApplicationModule###PreApplicationZnunyEnableFAQRichText Effective value is not correct: Kernel::Modules::PreApplicationZnunyEnableFAQRichText doesn't satisfy ValueFilter(Kernel/Modules/*.pm)!

How can I fix them to proceed with upgrading?

Hi,

you "just" need to install the matching addon.
The sysconfig checks for invalid configs. Some of them have a validation module to check, if the selected value is existent.
I assume you did a source update?
In this case the module is missing and needs to be installed using the package manager.
You could, to resolve the issue during migration, just reinstall this specific addon, using the package manager Admin::Package::Reinstall Znuny-EnableFAQRichText.

If the migration itself went through, I would update it in the package manager.
